Ultra-highspeed Broadband Near-field Distribution Microscopy System

Technical Descriptions: 
An extremely thin photosensitive semiconductor material is placed in the electromagnetic field area to be measured. A laser is controlled to illuminate a specified point within the measurement area of the photosensitive semiconductor material, where the photoconductive effect occurs and optically induced plasma composed of electron-hole pairs is generated. By utilizing the scattering of this optically induced plasma on the electromagnetic field to be measured, and by receiving and processing the scattered signals, the amplitude and phase of the electromagnetic field at the illuminated point can be obtained. By controlling the laser to rapidly scan every point within the measurement area, the vector distribution of the electromagnetic field within the measurement area can be quickly obtained.
