Product Introduction
The low RCS metal pylon adopts a unique low-scattering geometric shape design. The main structure is made of high-strength steel and the surface has undergone precise processing treatment. It supports bearing a large load and equips with azimuth/elevation adjustment functions which can match the attitude adjustment requirements in complex testing scenarios. Its structure fully considers the electromagnetic wave scattering characteristics and ensures minimal interference with the background during the testing process.
Advantage
(1) The load-bearing capacity can be customized within the range of 500kg to 4000kg, the orientation positioning accuracy is ≤ ±0.05°.
(2) The cross-sectional shape adopts a jujube-nut-like design which helps to reduce the radar echoes of the metal pylon.
(3) Azimuth movement range: ±360°, elevation movement range: -35° to +15°
(4) The surface roughness is better than 3.2 μm. It can be equipped with a transport vehicle for position switching. It can be completely laid down and hidden under the ground foundation and then raised to the test position.

5.Supporting dual-axis movement in azimuth and elevation, matching the requirements of complex tests.
6.The surface is coated with transparent anti-radiation and proof paint, which has the functions of rust prevention and moisture resistance.
